Interested technician talent use Unmudl to find courses for up-skilling or re-skilling, while employers use it to create or coordinate courses for training and retraining their workforce to meet hiring needs.

About the Role:

This Sales Operations Manager will serve as the execution engine that operationalizes Unmudl’s enterprise GTM strategy for manufacturers and workforce partners. This individual will design and manage the GTM infrastructure, reporting, and cross-team coordination that converts enterprise interest into progressing pipeline to closed contracts. It provides the precision, velocity, and visibility required for Unmudl to scale nationally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and manage HubSpot workflows, pipelines, buyer journeys, and sales collateral that enable consistent enterprise deal execution.
  • Maintain an accurate, actionable pipeline with weekly visibility into movement, blockers, and required next actions.
  • Develop dashboards that track deal progression, sales velocity, and usage.
  • Ensure every sales meeting is prepped, logged, and advanced with clear next steps.
  • Coordinate with outbound partners and internal team to ensure seamless handoffs and on-time activation.
  • Track late-stage opportunities through contract signature and post-close launch.
  • Maintain clarity on enterprise buyer personas and what drives movement through the purchasing process.
  • Produce concise, decision-ready reporting for executive and board audiences.
  • Drive operational rigor and eliminate pipeline drift to keep every enterprise conversation moving toward revenue.

Key Qualifications

  • 5+ years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Sales Enablement within B2B or enterprise sales environments.
  • Deep proficiency with HubSpot, including workflow design, pipeline management, automation, and reporting.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience building dashboards, forecasts, and executive-ready insights.
  • Proven support of complex enterprise sales cycles and coordination across teams.
  • Exceptional operational rigor and ability to keep meetings, pipelines, and workflows moving without oversight.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, especially in documenting processes and summarizing GTM activity.
  • Experience producing proposals, SOWs, pricing materials, and sales collateral.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment; manufacturing or workforce development experience is a plus.
