Position: Assistant Manager –Learning Experience

Location: Noida

Employment Type: Full-Time

Role Overview:

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Assistant Manager to oversee the end-to-end learner journey, ensuring a seamless academic and non-academic experience. This role involves managing learners from batch launch to their final transition for overseas studies, coordinating with multiple stakeholders to provide support, and addressing challenges along the way.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Batch Launch & Onboarding

  • Coordinate with admissions, academic, and operations teams to ensure smooth batch launches.

  • Conduct orientation sessions to guide learners on academic expectations, resources, and policies.

  • Address any initial challenges learners face during the onboarding process.

2. Academic Support & Monitoring

  • Track learner progress, attendance, and performance, ensuring timely interventions.

  • Collaborate with faculty and academic teams to resolve academic concerns.

  • Identify at-risk learners and implement support strategies to enhance retention.

3. Non-Academic Support & Engagement

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all non-academic queries related to student services, visa processes, documentation, and financial aid.

  • Organize webinars, workshops, and mentorship programs to prepare learners for their study abroad transition.

  • Handle escalations and concerns from learners, ensuring quick resolution.

4. Pre-Departure Readiness & Transition Support

  • Assist learners in completing visa formalities, travel arrangements, and accommodation planning.

  • Conduct pre-departure sessions to familiarize students with international university expectations and cultural adjustments.

  • Ensure learners are fully ready to fly, addressing any last-minute concerns.

5. Stakeholder Coordination & Reporting

  • Work closely with admissions, academic teams, visa consultants, and external partners.

  • Provide weekly and monthly reports on learner progress, engagement, and challenges.

  • Offer data-driven insights to improve learner experience and operational efficiency.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • 2-5 years of experience in learner support, student engagement, or academic operations.

  • Strong problem-solving and coordination skills.

  • Ability to handle multiple learner concerns with a student-centric approach.

  • Experience in study abroad programs, academic counseling, or ed-tech platforms is a plus.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in education, ed-tech, or student support services.

Familiarity with visa procedures, international admissions, and university policies.
