Roles and Responsibilities.
1) Data Collection and Analysis: Collect, clean, and analyze HR data from
various sources, such as HRIS (Human Resources Information System),
recruitment platforms, employee surveys, performance management systems,
etc. Utilize statistical tools and techniques to derive meaningful insights from HR
datasets.
2)HR Metrics Reporting: Develop and maintain regular HR reports and
dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to workforce
planning, talent retention, turnover rates, diversity, compensation, employee
satisfaction, and other relevant HR metrics. Present findings to HR and business
leaders.3)Predictive Analytics: Employ predictive modeling techniques to forecast
workforce trends, attrition rates, and identify potential talent gaps. Translate data
analysis into actionable recommendations for talent management strategies.
4)Employee Engagement: Conduct employee engagement surveys and analyze
results to understand workforce sentiment and identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with HR and business leaders to design and implement engagement
initiatives.
5)Talent Acquisition Support: Collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to
optimize the recruitment process through data-driven decision-making. Identify
the most effective sourcing channels, assess candidate quality, and analyze
recruitment costs.
6)Performance Management: Assist in the development and analysis of
performance evaluation programs. Recommend improvements to optimize
performance management processes and enhance employee productivity.
7)HR Strategy and Decision Support: Work closely with HR leaders and business
stakeholders to provide data-driven insights that support strategic workforce
planning and organizational development initiatives.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree
2. Strong knowledge of data management.
3. Hands on experience on Advance excel (Macros,Dashboard)
4. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
5. Certification in python (preffered )
