Job Summary:

As a Content Marketing Coordinator at Upright Education, you will spearhead our efforts to engage audiences and drive the success of our content marketing strategies, specifically tailored for our partner colleges. Your role will involve working under the guidance of the Associate Director of Marketing and collaborating with various teams to develop and implement compelling content across multiple platforms including emails, websites, and social media. Your creativity and strategic insight will be crucial in enhancing our brand presence and achieving the educational empowerment goals of our partner institutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a content marketing strategy that includes email campaigns, web content updates, and vibrant social media posts to build awareness and attract high-quality leads for Upright’s college partnerships.
  • Manage the creation and distribution of engaging, educational, and promotional content, ensuring consistency with our brand’s voice and mission.
  • Utilize SEO best practices to increase visibility and engagement across digital content platforms.
  • Monitor and analyze content performance metrics across all channels, producing regular reports and insights to inform strategy adjustments and optimize results.
  • Oversee the content calendar, coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and effective publication schedules.
  • Collaborate with design teams to produce compelling visual content and ensure all content is on-brand and optimized for different platforms.
  • Stay updated with the latest trends in content marketing and higher education to develop innovative strategies that resonate with our target audiences.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of content for events, press releases, and other public relations activities as part of broader marketing initiatives.

Required Skills

  • Strong proficiency in content management systems and digital marketing tools such as HubSpot, Google Analytics, and SEO tools.
  • Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills, with the ability to craft content that engages and persuades.
  • Experience with email marketing platforms and social media management tools.
  • Strong understanding of content marketing metrics and the ability to derive meaningful insights from data.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrable experience in content creation and management, ideally within the education sector or a related field.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing effective content strategies.
  • A passion for education technology and staying ahead of marketing trends.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred.
