UWorld is seeking a motivated Sales & Business Development Representative based in India to support the expansion of UWorld’s Accounting & Finance professional education products. This role will focus on developing relationships with universities, training providers, professional organizations, and corporate clients while also supporting existing institutional partners.
The representative will work closely with the Senior Director, Business Development – APAC to execute strategic growth initiatives, expand market presence, and drive adoption of UWorld’s learning solutions across India.
Requirements:
Key Responsibilities – Business Development
- Identify and develop new institutional partnerships with universities, professional training providers, corporate learning teams, and professional associations.
- Generate new leads through market outreach, networking, and industry events.
- Support market expansion initiatives aligned with UWorld’s APAC growth strategy.
Key Responsibilities – Account Management
- Manage relationships with existing partners and customers in India.
- Ensure partner success through regular communication, product training, and usage support.
- Identify opportunities for account expansion and cross‑selling additional UWorld products.
Key Responsibilities – Sales Execution
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and consultations with prospective partners.
- Develop proposals and pricing recommendations under the direction of APAC Business Development leadership.
- Support contract negotiations and partnership agreements.
Key Responsibilities – Market Intelligence
- Monitor market trends in professional certification and exam preparation.
- Provide insights on competitive offerings and local market dynamics.
- Contribute to regional strategy development and sales planning.
Qualifications
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 2–5 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management
- Experience working with education, professional training, or EdTech products
- Strong relationship‑building and communication skills
- Fluency in English
Preferred:
- Experience selling professional certification training products
- Familiarity with CPA, CMA, or CFA credentials
- Experience working with universities or professional education providers
