Experience: 2 or more years. Job Description: We are looking for a talented Junior UI designer to translate any given user-experience journey into a pixel perfect interface. The ideal candidate will have experience working in agile teams, with the Design Lead and developers. We are creating a highly responsive, dynamic web application that works across leading browsers using the latest Web UI technologies. Responsibilities: Participate as a member of a UX team and collaborate with engineering, customer service, QA; Work closely with the Design Lead to ensure concepts meet customer expectations; Write detailed documentation; Deliver pixel perfect mockups, icons, and design assets; Work iteratively to design, refine, and validate solutions across devices and platforms, handling errors and edge cases and defining micro-interactions; Deliver designs that support our service-wide UX strategy and design system by collaborating with UX Leads. Requirements: Two or more years of experience with a proven track record; Strong portfolio; Hands-on experience creating wireframes, prototypes, and storyboards for responsive interfaces for desktop and mobile; Willingness to learn, experiment, and leverage data; Adaptability; Strong ability to create designs based on conceptual direction and execute at high quality quickly; Experience using Adobe XD, Photoshop, Sketch, Illustrator, InVision; Understanding of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript; Creative ideas with problem solving mindset; Understanding of the latest design trends; Solid work ethic, positive attitude, sense of humor; Ability to present creative work and manage multiple projects; Open to feedback; Proficient understanding of cross-browser compatibility issues; Experience with JavaScript & OOP preferred; Availability to work on EST time zone preferred.
