Veritas Prep, a brand owned by Varsity Tutors, provides GMAT preparation and admissions consulting services for people applying to graduate school. In 2002, the company launched its GMAT preparation business, which has grown to include over 70 cities around the world. More recently, the company launched an online GMAT preparation course. In 2003, Veritas Prep introduced MBA admissions consulting and has grown to become the largest admissions consulting provider in the industry. In 2008, the company launched law school admissions consulting. In 2018, the company was acquired by St. Louis-based Varsity Tutors and is now operated as a brand of that company. Most sales and marketing functions are now being handled by Varsity Tutors employees.
