Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy and Execution:
- Develop and implement tailored sales strategies to drive VIPKid's growth in the Thailand market.
- Set clear sales objectives and ensure the team meets and exceeds targets.
Team Leadership and Development:
- Recruit, lead, and inspire a high-performing sales team, fostering a culture of excellence.
- Provide training, mentorship, and professional development opportunities to team members.
Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
- Track sales metrics, identify trends, and provide data-driven recommendations to senior management.
- Prepare and deliver regular sales performance reports.
- Manage the sales budget effectively, maximizing ROI while maintaining cost efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Previous experience in education, e-commerce or telesales.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to leverage data for strategic decisions.
- Fluency in English and Thai.
