We’re hiring a high-impact Head of Business Operations to drive strategy and performance. This is a critical leadership role responsible for full-funnel growth, data-driven execution, and frontline productivity in a fast-scaling online education business.

Strategy Development & Planning
- Develop a deep understanding of the online education business model, user lifecycle, and market dynamics. Be responsible for formulating mid-to-long-term business development strategies for Sales and Academic teams, including annual/quarterly goals and key execution roadmaps.
- Monitor and analyze core business metrics (such as lead conversion rate, course consumption, renewal, and staff productivity), identify business bottlenecks and growth opportunities in a timely manner, and develop effective strategic solutions.
Data-Driven Insights
- Build and improve the data monitoring and analysis system for the Sales and Academic teams.
- Design and implement key data dashboards to provide clear and accurate data support for team management.
- Conduct in-depth business analysis (such as channel quality evaluation, user behavior analysis, and team performance comparison), uncover root causes through data mining, and produce insightful reports to support major business decisions.
Process Optimization & Efficiency Improvement
- Map and optimize the full-funnel business process from lead allocation, follow-up, conversion, service, renewal, to referrals.
- Collaborate with Product, Business Intelligence, and Academic teams to drive iteration of BI and system tools, improving overall operational efficiency.
- Design and implement effective performance management schemes, incentive systems, and competition programs to unlock team potential, boost morale, and enhance execution capability.
Cross-Functional Collaboration & Enablement
- Act as a bridge between business and Product, Technology, Growth, Finance, and other departments to efficiently coordinate resources and drive strategic initiatives to completion.
- Develop and document best practices, empowering Sales and Academic teams with strategy, data, and tools. Improve overall team capability through training, reviews, and knowledge sharing.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or above, with over 6 years of operations experience in the internet or education industry, including at least 3 years in strategy operations, sales operations, or business analysis team management. Experience in leading online education companies is preferred.
- Deep understanding of the online education industry, familiarity with telesales and online sales models, and customer lifecycle management. Strong awareness of market trends and competitor dynamics.
- Strong data sensitivity and logical thinking. Proficient in Excel/SQL and capable of independently performing data extraction, processing, and modeling.
- Excellent business acumen and strategic thinking. Able to quickly identify root causes from complex information and data, and formulate clear, actionable strategic plans.
- Strong cross-functional communication and project-driving skills. Able to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and influence business decision-making.

策略制定与规划:
- 深入理解在线教育业务模式、用户生命周期及市场动态,负责制定课程顾问及班主任团队的中长期业务发展策略、年度/季度目标及关键作战路径。
- 监控并分析核心业务指标(如:线索转化率、课消、续费、人效等),及时发现业务瓶颈与增长机会,并制定有效的策略方案。
数据驱动与洞察:
- 构建和完善课程顾问及班主任团队的数据监控与分析体系,设计并落地关键数据看板,为团队管理提供清晰、准确的数据支持。
- 深度进行业务专题分析(如:渠道质量评估、用户行为分析、团队效能对比等),通过数据挖掘根本原因,输出有深度的洞察报告,为重大决策提供依据。
流程优化与效率提升:
- 梳理和优化从线索分配、跟进、转化、服务、续费、转介绍的全链路业务流程,协同产品、商分、教研团队推动BI等系统工具的迭代,提升整体运营效率。
- 设计并落地有效的绩效管理方案、激励体系及竞赛活动,激发团队潜能,提升团队士气和战斗力。
跨部门协同与赋能:
- 作为业务与产品、技术、增长、财务等部门的桥梁,高效协同资源,推动战略项目落地。
- 沉淀优秀方法论,为课程顾问及班主任团队提供策略、数据和工具赋能,通过培训、复盘等方式提升团队的整体业务能力。
【任职要求】
- 学历与经验: 本科及以上学历,6年以上互联网或教育行业运营经验,其中至少3年策略运营、销售运营或商业分析团队管理相关经验。有头部在线教育公司运营经验者优先。
- 行业认知: 对在线教育行业有深刻理解,熟悉电销、网销业务模式及客户生命周期管理,对市场变化和竞争对手动态有敏锐的洞察力。
- 数据分析能力: 极强的数据敏感度和逻辑分析能力,精通Excel/SQL等数据分析工具,能独立完成数据提取、处理和建模。
- 策略与解决问题能力: 具备出色的商业嗅觉和战略思维,能基于复杂信息和数据,快速定位问题本质,并形成清晰、可执行的策略方案。
- 沟通与影响力: 跨部门沟通协调能力和项目推动力,能够与不同背景的团队高效合作,并影响业务决策。
