We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Marketing Executive to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and student enrolment growth. The role focuses on managing digital channels, executing campaigns, producing engaging content, optimizing marketing performance across both online and offline platforms, and supporting partnership development to expand outreach and enrolment opportunities.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage and grow engagement across digital platforms, including WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, and Xiaohongshu (XHS), while ensuring timely responses and accurate CRM tracking
  • Plan and execute a monthly content calendar, including direction for photography, videography, and graphic design for social media, campaigns, and educational materials
  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Google and Meta (Facebook/Instagram), monitoring performance metrics such as cost per lead, conversion rates, and ROI
  • Identify and develop new lead generation channels through partnerships with schools, childcare centres, and community organisations, including outreach and collaboration efforts
  • Support business development initiatives through networking, cold outreach, and partnership engagement to drive enquiries and enrolments
  • Liaise with external marketing agencies (if engaged), providing clear briefs, creative direction, and feedback to ensure alignment with brand and campaign objectives
  • Collaborate with the team based in China region on website content development, localization, updates, and quality assurance
  • Source and manage vendors for printed marketing materials (e.g., flyers, banners, brochures), including quotations, timelines, and delivery coordination
  • Plan and support marketing events such as open houses, roadshows, school fairs, and workshops, including coordination of logistics and promotional materials
  • Work with partners and external stakeholders to co-organise events and expand outreach opportunities
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all channels and develop campaigns aligned with enrolment cycles and key periods
  • Track and analyse performance across all marketing channels, including partnerships and events, and prepare regular reports on leads, conversions, and ROI
  • Maintain an organised lead database and ensure proper follow-up processes to maximise conversion
  • Monitor competitors and market trends, and recommend improvements based on data insights

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field
  • 2–3 years of relevant marketing experience (education industry experience is an advantage)
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and social media platforms
  • Experience managing Meta Ads and Google Ads preferred
  • Familiarity with content creation tools (e.g., Canva, CapCut, Adobe tools) is a plus
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Good written and verbal communication skills in English (Chinese is an advantage for XHS content)
  • Self-driven, hands-on, and able to work independently
