Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top-tier talent for commercial and technology roles, supporting company continued growth and expansion. Candidates with prior experience in technology recruitment will be strongly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies to source, screen, interview, and hire qualified candidates for commercial roles (e.g., sales, marketing, BD) and AI Technology roles in the education industry.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through various channels, including job boards, social media, professional networks, campus recruitment, and employee referrals.
- Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their team's needs, define job requirements, and align recruitment plans with business objectives.
- Conduct in-depth interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, cultural fit, and motivation, providing timely and constructive feedback to both candidates and hiring managers.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, resume screening, interview scheduling, offer negotiation, and onboarding support.
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, quality-of-hire) to identify areas for improvement and report on recruitment performance to leadership.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with candidates, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or above, major in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or a related field is preferred.
- 2+ years of professional recruitment experience, with a proven track record of hiring for commercial and AI technology roles in the education industry (preferred).
- Proactive, self-motivated, and hard-working, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability for recruitment results.
- Positive, team-oriented mindset, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
