Job Description:

Subscription Monetization

  • Build and scale a paid subscription growth engine, covering trial-to-paid conversion, LTV optimization, pricing strategy, and user retention
  • Define and own key commercial metrics, including DAU, paid conversion rate, ARPU, churn, and payback period
  • Work closely with product teams to design growth loops and monetization features

Global Market Expansion

  • Lead growth initiatives across key markets, including Korea, Saudi Arabia, Southeast Asia, GCC countries, Europe, and North America
  • Build, manage, and develop local teams in Korea and Saudi Arabia, and establish localized operations from 0 to 1 in new markets
  • Develop differentiated go-to-market strategies tailored to local user behavior and cultural nuances

Omnichannel Growth

  • Lead and scale paid acquisition channels, including Meta, TikTok, Google UAC, Apple Search Ads, and local platforms
  • Build organic growth and influencer ecosystems through KOL/KOC partnerships, community-led growth, and referral programs
  • Explore and unlock new acquisition channels, including school/B2B partnerships, telecom bundling, and app store partnerships

Team Building & Growth Infrastructure

  • Build and lead a high-performing growth team across performance marketing, channel partnerships, and operations
  • Establish growth infrastructure, including analytics systems, attribution models, and A/B testing frameworks

Job Requirements

  • 7+ years of leadership experience in growth, user acquisition, or marketing
  • Proven success scaling overseas consumer subscription apps, ideally with experience driving ARR growth exceeding USD 1 million
  • Deep expertise in paid acquisition platforms such as Meta, TikTok, and Google, with strong hands-on experience in performance marketing, particularly in non-English-speaking markets
  • Hands-on experience managing KOL/KOC and influencer growth initiatives across Asia or the Middle East
  • Strong analytical mindset with a data-driven decision-making approach
  • Entrepreneurial, resilient, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced startup environment
  • Fluent in English; Mandarin or Korean proficiency is a strong plus
