Wall Street English is looking for a Head of Marketing to join our Marketing team in Seoul.

This role will work with all levels of the organization to ensure delivery of targets and results. Reporting to the General Manager/CEO for Korea (with a dotted line to the VP of Marketing at Wall Street English International in Barcelona), you will lead the development and execution of the marketing plan for Wall Street English Korea. You will oversee the planning, development, and execution of local marketing and advertising initiatives in close coordination with the central marketing team in Barcelona.

Your primary focus is to support sales and deliver commercial performance by increasing brand awareness, driving customer acquisition, growing market share, and contributing to brand equity growth.

What You Will Be Doing

Drive Strategy & Growth

  • Develop and implement the marketing plan for Korea to support the business strategy and sales plan. Collaborate closely with the Korea General Manager/CEO to ensure marketing performance achieves country goals.
  • Be the voice of the Korean market and consumer – advocate local needs with International Marketing using data and insight to improve campaign effectiveness and business performance.
  • Collaborate with International Marketing to ensure effective localization of brand, content (digital and offline) and performance marketing campaigns.

Manage Performance & Budgets

  • Monitor and manage budgets by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts.
  • Plan and execute the communications/campaign calendar, including lead generation, budgets, and promotional activities across monthly, quarterly, and yearly cycles.
  • Track performance, metrics, and ROI versus spend across all local marketing initiatives.

Execute Local Marketing

  • Lead all local marketing initiatives in Korea, including partner marketing, referral marketing, out-of-home advertising, promotions, and local PR.
  • Manage organic social media channels, blog, and website in collaboration with International Marketing.
  • Manage local agency relationships (e.g. Naver/KakaoTalk marketing agency) to deliver against KPIs and ROI objectives.

Lead & Align Team

  • Manage the Korea Marketing team, aligning objectives to key results to support business growth.

Your Profile

  • 5+ years of marketing experience in an international company or agency, with strong consumer marketing background.
  • Proven end-to-end campaign management across brand and performance marketing to deliver business goals.
  • Experience running digital performance campaigns (Naver/KakaoTalk, Google, Meta) for a consumer brand
  • Strong data-driven marketer with experience using analytics tools (Google Analytics, GTM, Search Console, etc.) to evaluate and optimize performance.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment and collaborate across teams.
  • Fluent in spoken and written English.
  • B.S. degree required.

Nice to Have

  • HubSpot experience is highly valued
  • Experience in education or service industries (e.g., banking, hospitality, fitness, etc.).
