  • Guide and support 2 junior designers, reviewing work and keeping creative direction consistent.
  • Bring fresh ideas to the table and keep the marketing team current with design trends and practice.
  • Manage and prioritize the design queue, balancing competing requests against deadlines and business needs.

In your day-to-day, you'll primarily:

  • Work with the Global Brand Director to produce and deliver assets for advertising campaigns (off and online), social, content, and our learning centers.
  • Maintain the brand and related collateral, and keep the design system, templates, and guidelines current.
  • Improve the graphic quality of the company's internal brand-related assets
  • Supply and oversee assets for our digital platforms, performance marketing, and website.
  • Oversee design agencies through the creative process, including the review and validation of assets for delivery to our franchise partners.
  • Support the Global Brand Director with creative analysis and follow-up of campaigns and brand experience projects.
  • Partner with the performance marketing team to develop and iterate creative for paid channels (Meta & Google), applying data and insights to inform design decisions and improve campaign effectiveness.

We're excited to meet you if you:

  • Have at least six years' experience in visual design, including a demonstrable track record of leading creative work and mentoring other designers.
  • Have proficient knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) AI tools and Figma.
  • Have strong skills across illustration, infographics, typography, layout/composition, and color.
  • Can set creative direction and review others' work, not just produce your own.
  • Have the ability and creative approach to multi-platform design.
  • Have a good understanding of how design drives what works in digital content and marketing.
  • Have demonstrable experience in print (brochures, stands, etc.).
  • Can clearly present creative concepts and treat feedback as an opportunity to improve.
  • Are organized, able to multi-task, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
  • Are a great team player who meets deadlines in a self-driven, proactive way.
  • Have a good level of spoken and written English.

It's a plus if you have:

  • A grasp of motion graphics and video editing (Premiere, After Effects).
  • A notion of key concepts in UX & UI.
  • Worked for international brands and are fascinated by cross-cultural environments.
  • An affinity for languages and see the power of how they can help people grow.
