This is a 12-week paid learning experience during which you’ll be able to connect and network with other interns and leaders within the company. The SEO team at T-Mobile is dedicated to driving organic traffic and enhancing customer experiences through search. Our team collaborates with multiple departments to optimize web content, improve site performance, and implement strategic SEO best practices. We’re passionate about creating seamless, user-focused digital journeys that amplify T-Mobile’s brand presence and connect us with millions of customers nationwide.

What You’ll Do

As an SEO intern, you’ll work on projects that directly impact our organic reach and customer acquisition. You’ll gain hands-on experience conducting keyword research, assisting in on-page optimization and helping us to drive organize traffic to the T-Mobile website. Past interns have contributed to high-profile SEO initiatives, gaining insights into how search and content strategies drive business outcomes at scale.

  • Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with keyword research and competitive analysis to uncover new growth opportunities.
  • Optimize content for search engines, aligning with current SEO best practices.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement SEO-driven changes.
  • Analyze and report on SEO performance metrics, providing insights for future strategies.

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

  • Minimum Qualifications
  • At least 18 years of age
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Must have graduated within the last 12-months, OR be actively enrolled in a Bachelors or Graduate degree program
  • Employees of T-Mobile or Metro by T-Mobile are ineligible for Internships

Employer does not sponsor work visas for this position. Note that this also applies to individuals who are students in F-1 status who desire sponsorship after they complete their education.

Relocation assistance may be provided to program participants who reside more than 50 miles from the internship location.

Intern wages range from $20/hour to $40/hour. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on experience/location.
