What you’ll be doing:
· You’ll be interacting with customers from Day One. That will mean calling candidates and schools and learning to manage your workload effectively
· Gaining valuable training and support to hone your business development and customer service skills
· Understanding how to work with targets and territory management
· Taking ownership of schools and learning how to manage client retention, expansion and new business success
What we are looking for:
· Outgoing, confident top performer that wants to be part of a high-performing, highly motivated team
· Ambition to develop a career in the commercial sector which encompasses sales and account management
· Proven track record of hitting targets in some capacity (this could be university deadlines, milestones in extracurricular activity….etc)
· Passion for companies that have a positive social impact
