Role Objectives
Enable learners to practice relevant skills and clarify information related to each module
Optimize learner engagement, learner retention, and learner success
Measures of success: Learner engagement in-session, course-end survey feedback
Work Distribution
Live Session Preparation & Facilitation: (95%) Pre-session preparation and facilitation of the live sessions, including developing and leading activities related to practicing skills and discussions on module content
Communication: (5%) Join Slack workspace and actively participate in relevant learner-initiated discussions
Time Commitment: ~4 hours per week. Live sessions are 1.5-2 hours; preparation ~ 2 hours
Duties and Responsibilities
Facilitate a 10-week series of weekly 2 hour Zoom live sessions
Provide feedback and coaching to live session participants
Slide development and customization

Session preparation includes but is not limited to the following:
Customize topic-related slides
Create/update a learner activity, discussion, and/or breakout session
Review of learner questions/prepare for discussion
Knowledge of learner playbook (project) assignments
Participate actively in the Slack Channel, including, but not limited to, contributing to discussions and replying to learner questions
