About the Role:
Location: Hoboken, NJ (Hybrid opportunity - 8 days/month office expectation)
Duration: 10 to 12-week internship

We're seeking a Product Manager Intern to join our AI Growth team. This role offers hands-on experience in developing products that enable the licensing of authoritative content into AI models, applications, and agents. As an intern, you'll work directly with experienced Product Managers to scope, design, and launch both external and internal products in this emerging space.
How you will make an impact:
- Collaborate with Product Managers to define product requirements and specifications
- Collaborate with Program Manager to prioritize team deliverables and streamline operational management tasks
- Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify opportunities in the AI content licensing space
- Help create product roadmaps and prioritize features based on business value and customer needs
- Assist in designing user experiences that effectively deliver content to AI applications
- Support user testing and incorporate feedback into product iterations
- Document product specifications and requirements
- Participate in cross-functional team meetings with engineering, design, and business stakeholders
- Help track product metrics and KPIs to measure success
- Contribute to product launch plans and go-to-market strategies
What we look for:
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business, or related fields
- Strong interest in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and content technologies
- Basic understanding of product development lifecycles
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to translate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies is a plus
- Experience with data analysis tools or programming languages is beneficial
- Self-motivated with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment

It is anticipated that most qualified candidates will fall within the range, however the ultimate salary offered for this role may be higher or lower and will be set based on a variety of non-discriminatory factors, including but not limited to, geographic location, skills, and competencies. Wiley proactively displays target base pay range for UK, Canada and USA based roles.


Salary Range:
16 USD to 22 USD
