About DeepHow
DeepHow is a Physical AI platform for industrial manufacturing, pharmaceuticals, and electronics. We help organizations capture expert know-how, transform it into AI-powered work instructions and drive verified execution on the front line, from knowledge capture all the way through to real-time SOP adherence and time & motion intelligence.
The platform spans knowledge capture and sharing, AI-powered verification through Smart Compare and photo/video validation, and time and motion intelligence through guided workflows, SOP adherence, and real-time execution visibility. DeepHow supports customers from knowledge capture to verified execution, with strategic account expansion often centered on verification, AI-guided workflows, and time and motion intelligence.
The Role
We are looking for a strategic, hands-on SVP of Marketing to lead the full marketing function at a pivotal growth stage. You will own brand, demand generation, product marketing, content, and field marketing — translating DeepHow's technical differentiation into compelling narratives that resonate with C-suite manufacturing and operations buyers. If you are energized by driving exponential growth and building high-performing marketing team, this is your chance to lead a transformative phase of expansion.
What You'll Own
- Marketing Strategy: Define and lead DeepHow's global marketing strategy, in tight alignment with Sales, Product, and the executive team to hit pipeline and revenue targets.
- Demand Generation & Growth: Build and execute data-driven demand generation programs across digital, content, SEO, social, events, and partner channels — driving qualified MQLs and pipeline for the sales team.
- Brand & Positioning: Strengthen DeepHow's brand as the defining platform for Physical AI in industrial workforce operations. Own thought leadership, PR, and external communications that build credibility with manufacturing and industrial audiences.
- Product Marketing: Lead product marketing, messaging architecture, competitive differentiation, sales enablement assets, and go-to-market playbooks for new capabilities and vertical expansions.
- Team Leadership: Hire, develop, and lead a high-performing marketing team. Set clear OKRs, build a culture of accountability, and scale the function as the company grows.
- Cross-Functional Alignment: Partner closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Product to align marketing with pipeline targets, account expansion plays, and product roadmap priorities.
- Data & Analytics: Build a full-funnel analytics and attribution framework. Use data to optimize spend, improve campaign performance, and report marketing ROI to the executive team and board.
- Market Intelligence: Conduct ongoing market research and customer interviews to sharpen ICP definitions, refine messaging by vertical, and stay ahead of competitive moves.
- Budget Management: Own the marketing budget. Allocate resources for maximum pipeline impact and maintain disciplined spend management.
- Executive Presence: Serve as an external face of DeepHow — representing the company at key industry events, in media, and in analyst relationships.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA preferred.
- 10+ years in marketing leadership in B2B SaaS or enterprise technology, with a strong record of building and executing growth marketing strategies.
- 5+ years in a VP or SVP marketing role with direct P&L or budget ownership.
- Demonstrated track record of scaling ARR from $20M to $100M+ in a high-growth company.
- Experience marketing to manufacturing, industrial, operations, or frontline workforce audiences is a strong plus.
- Data-driven: fluent in pipeline metrics, attribution models and marketing automation platforms.
- Exceptional executive communicator and storyteller who can translate complex AI technology into clear buyer value.
- Deep empathy for technical and operational buyers.
DeepHow is an equal opportunity employer. We value diverse perspectives and are committed to building an inclusive team.
