Emeritus is looking for Vendor Finance Manager to ensure Program Advisory Teams are running as efficiently and productively as possible by ensuring that there is seamless custom onboarding of enrolments which are compliant with finance & legal processes across Global Geographies. The role also includes a healthy amount of data tracking and analysis to provide stakeholders with recommendations and insights to improve performance.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • The objective of this position is to help with all relevant Finance & Registration requests received by the Program Advisory Teams.
  • Along with sales leaders and managers, they design and implement the Sales Operations & Custom onboarding processes, which help make data-driven decisions and recommendations for improving the sales funnel and process.

Key skills and qualifications:

  • Fair understanding of the Education Domain
  • Ability to track and assign requests to effectively assist the Program Advisory Team
  • Working knowledge of vendor registration and the legal know-how that surrounds it
  • Working knowledge of Finance & Legal Compliances across multiple geographies
  • Ability to Manage and maintain requests and report accordingly with insights
  • Operational experience with a ticketing platform
  • Operational Experience with Salesforce Classic / Lightning
  • Excellent collaboration, organizational, time management, customer service and problem-solving skills and the ability to work accurately and meet deadlines with frequent interruptions
  • Excellent Communication Skills - orally and in writing
  • Ability to communicate effectively to all levels of internal and external contacts
  • Ability to prioritise, meet deadlines and work under pressure
  • Excellent collaboration, organizational, time management, customer service and problem-solving skills and the ability to work accurately and meet deadlines with frequent interruptions
  • Strong relationship building skills
  • Ability to demonstrate learning agility and critical thinking skills and apply basic concepts in new situations
