Position: Apprenticeship Program Manager

The Apprenticeship Program Manager will serve as a key member of the growing Education & Workforce Development team at Interplay. Reporting to the Manager of Apprentice Services, this person will ensure the successful launch and management of apprenticeship & pre-apprenticeship programs, including day-to-day support, renewal, and expansion.

This position is full-time and remote. Location is flexible within the United States. Limited travel may be required.

What you'll do:

  • Partner closely with Customer Success on post-sale implementation and onboarding for apprenticeship and pre-apprenticeship customers.
  • Formulate apprentice success plans, including defining success and tracking metrics.
  • Launch programs with employers and apprentices, including training and ensuring employer requirements are in place.
  • Verify apprentice progress through reports from WorkHands and Interplay’s SkillMill platform.
  • Conduct monthly, quarterly, and bi-annual reviews as needed for employers and apprentices to ensure full adoption and engagement.
  • Conduct annual audits with employer partners to ensure state/federal requirements are met.
  • Assist with journeyman credentialing applications.
  • Gain familiarity with unique customer needs across enterprise, commercial, education, and workforce development accounts.
  • Understand program requirements and processes at state and federal level (Dept of Labor employer/apprentice requirements, eligibility, curriculum, pay scale, etc).
  • Strive for a seamless client experience, including identifying opportunities to streamline and improve in collaboration with Customer Success and the broader Apprenticeship team
  • Partner with other teams (customer success, content, sales, product, technology) to ensure platform capabilities are aligned with employer/apprentice needs.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience working with apprenticeship programs and/or in a customer-facing role, including developing and implementing training
  • Demonstrated understanding of Dept of Labor apprenticeship requirements and eligibility
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Passion for edtech, education, and/or apprenticeship
  • Ability to communicate with individuals and groups, both verbally and in writing, at all levels and under stressful conditions.
  • Familiarity with Trades organizations and standards is preferred
  • Demonstrate multicultural competence and maintain an educational and work environment that affirms commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusion.

Pay: $75,000
