Role Overview

Each student joining a Masterschool program receives a new laptop for their studies. Our programs are completely remote and online. We are seeking a dedicated Student Support Coordinator to oversee student hardware logistics and operations, as well as support our Berlin office. This high-impact role demands excellent organizational skills, a tech affinity, and a customer success-oriented work ethic. The full-time, hybrid position in Berlin offers a unique opportunity to join a fast-paced, growing startup.

Key Responsibilities

Manage logistics of student hardware (laptops)

  • Liaise with external suppliers to provide efficient and best-in-class delivery of laptops to all our students
  • Manage product forecasting and oversee timely invoice payment
  • Maintain student delivery address data and place laptop orders to ensure all students have their laptops by day one of each program
  • Resolve delivery delays and mishaps directly with suppliers and students
  • Oversee returned laptops logistics including used inventory management and buy-back options

IT Support

  • Provide reactive IT chat support for students via Masterschool's support chat bubble and email
  • Offer proactive outreach and assistance to students facing challenges with computer setup and platform onboarding
  • Deliver IT phone support for students with limited computer literacy

Berlin Office Management

  • Support the Berlin office with occasional office management tasks such as:
  • Liaising with Tel Aviv headquarters regarding equipment for Germany-based new employees
  • Supporting in-person student meetups and events

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Spreadsheets and data management
  • Experience with CRM software, preferably HubSpot
  • Strong technical aptitude and computer skills
  • Customer-oriented with a friendly and warm demeanor
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple responsibilities efficiently and professionally
  • Excellent communication skills (fluent English and professional German)
  • Professional, can-do attitude with creative problem-solving abilities
  • Enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced, dynamic, and international startup environment
