Role Overview
Students across Germany can use a Bildungsgutschein (educational voucher) to join Masterschool at no cost. We aim to develop a best-in-class enrollment experience that ensures every student can easily access our life-changing programs.
We are seeking a dynamic sales professional who knows how to convert interest into action—guiding students through the enrollment process, building excellent personal connections, managing a robust pipeline, and delivering an outstanding experience that inspires students to take the next step toward their future.
The ideal candidate will have experience in the education or vocational training sector, particularly in supporting students through the Bildungsgutschein process. We’re looking for proactive individuals who are driven by sales targets, excel at closing deals, and are ready to help thousands of students in Germany enroll in our transformative programs.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Specialist: Own the enrollment process from start to finish. Drive student enrollment by guiding candidates through each step of obtaining the Bildungsgutschein. Engage directly with students to minimize drop-offs, inspire confidence, and ensure they complete all enrollment requirements.
- Enrollment Advisor: Use your consultative sales skills to help students identify the right career path based on their unique strengths and goals, providing personalized guidance that motivates them to take action.
- Pipeline Management: Define and track key metrics to manage your pipeline effectively. Continuously seek ways to improve conversion rates, exceed sales targets, and enhance the enrollment process, collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize results.
- High Impact Execution: Operate at every level—staying connected to the details while also stepping up to tackle challenges big and small to achieve success. Be relentless in your pursuit of hitting and exceeding targets.
What We’re Looking For
- Proficiency in English and German.
- Proven sales track record: You have a track record of success enrolling Germany-based students in Bildungsgutschein-funded education or vocational programs—Advantage.
- Sales-Driven Closer: You know how to connect with people, understand their needs, and close the deal—motivating students to invest in their future. You’re excited by hitting targets and thrive on exceeding expectations.
- Mission-Oriented: You’re passionate about using education to change lives for the better and see every enrollment as an opportunity to make a difference.

Salary and Benefits
- Earnings: Total earnings (Base + Commissions) between €60,000 - €80,000 per year—with uncapped commission potential.
- Base Salary: €25,000 per year.
- Remote Work: Fully remote position.
- Contract: Freelance.
