Role Overview:

Students across Germany use a Bildungsgutschein (educational voucher) to enroll at Masterschool. We aim to develop a best-in-class consultant and enrollment process to make it easier for students to join using a Bildungsgutschein. We are looking for a career consultant or sales professional to guide students through the enrollment process through in-person meetings in the designated cities (above). This role requires strong communication skills (Fluent in ENG + DE), empathy, energy, and a results-driven mindset.

This is a freelance role with uncapped bonus earnings potential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Attend in-person meetings in your designated city to support prospective students.
• Present and promote our programs with confidence and enthusiasm.
• Communicate effectively to answer questions and help students find solutions.
• Create opportunities – Proactively request and arrange meetings from the remote sales team and upcoming meeting calendar.
• Manage and track meetings to ensure maximum impact.

Qualifications + What We’re Looking For:

✅ Fluent in German & English (Required)

📍 Mobility to meet students in one of the following cities (Required):

• Berlin

• Hamburg
• Frankfurt
• Cologne/Düsseldorf
