The Masterschool Fellowship is a highly selective, full-time, in-person program built to be a true entry point into AI software engineering.

It’s powered by Masterschool - an applied education research lab on a mission to unlock human potential. We’re building the school of the future: an AI-native institution designed to be an order of magnitude more effective than traditional education.

What you'll do

• Become part of the Masterschool Fellowship, a full-time, 10-week intensive program
• Work alongside experienced engineers
• Work hands-on with modern AI systems and infrastructure
• Learn how production AI software is designed, built, and shipped
• Develop engineering judgment through real constraints and trade-offs
• Receive close mentorship and direct feedback from experienced engineers

What comes next

Fellows who successfully complete the program receive a formal offer to join Masterschool’s software engineering team, working on production systems with real-world impact!
