About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled video creative content manager(Marketing Creatives) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, executing, and managing innovative video content that aligns with our brand vision and engages our target audience. The marketing creative lead will play a crucial role in driving brand awareness, engagement, and conversion through visually compelling video campaigns.

Responsibilities:

  • Content Strategy:
    • Develop and implement a comprehensive video content strategy aligned with overall marketing objectives.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand key messaging and campaign goals.
  • Video Production:
    • Conceptualize, script, storyboard, and produce high-quality video content.
    • Oversee the end-to-end production process, ensuring videos are delivered on time and within budget.
    • Work closely with videographers, editors, and other production team members.
  • Creative Direction / Art Direction:
    • Provide creative direction to ensure videos align with brand guidelines and resonate with the target audience.
    • Stay updated on industry trends and innovative video techniques.
  • Collaboration:
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including marketing, design, and product teams, to ensure a cohesive brand message.
    • Coordinate with external agencies and freelancers as needed.
    • Lead and manage a team of editors, providing guidance, feedback, and mentorship to ensure high-quality work that aligns with Mindvalley creative vision.
  • Performance Analysis:
    • Monitor video performance metrics and analyze data to optimize content for maximum engagement.
    • Implement A/B testing and iterate on content based on performance insights.

Technical Competencies:

  • Video Editing Software (Premiere Pro): Proficient in video editing software(PR), motiongrahics(AE) and graphic design(PS, AI) tools.
  • Motion Graphics (After Effects): Expertise in motion graphics for adding dynamic elements to video content.
  • Graphic Design Tools (Photoshop, Illustrator): Skilled in graphic design tools to enhance visual storytelling.

Soft Competencies:

  • Creative Thinking: Ability to transform ideas into engaging visual stories.
  • Project Management: Exceptional organizational skills for handling multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Leadership: Inspiring team leadership qualities that encourage creativity and productivity.

Experience:

  • 7+ Proven experience as a Video Creative Content Manager or a similar role.
  • A minimum of 3 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity within film production or post-production.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard editing software with a thorough understanding of storytelling and visual narrative techniques.
  • Excellent communication skills for effective team direction and cross-functional collaboration.
  • A keen eye for visual elements that resonate with target audiences, coupled with strong organizational skills to meet tight deadlines.
  • Leadership skills to inspire and foster a creative and positive work environment, adaptable to changing project demands.
