The Technical Recruiter will support the full life-cycle recruiting process for technology roles. Acting as a strategic partner to the business, this individual will develop a deep understanding of engineering and technology hiring needs and translate those needs into effective recruiting strategies. The ideal candidate brings strong technical recruiting expertise and a proven ability to succeed in a fast-paced, global corporate environment.

The Impact You’ll Have:

  • Manage a portfolio of requisitions across Engineering, IT, and Product Development, ensuring an efficient and effective end-to-end recruiting process.

  • Own the full recruiting lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination, while assessing candidates for both functional and cultural fit.

  • Partner closely with hiring managers, senior leaders, and HR business partners, serving as a subject matter expert in technology hiring and aligning talent strategy with business priorities.

  • Leverage data and recruiting metrics to track progress, share insights with hiring managers on a regular cadence, and recommend improvements to recruiting effectiveness.

  • Act as an ambassador for CA to both candidates and hiring teams, delivering a positive and consistent recruiting experience.

Who we’re looking for:

  • Strong relationship-management skills with the ability to build trust and credibility with business leaders.

  • Demonstrated experience sourcing passive technical and product talent, including proficiency with tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter and Indeed.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Proven success building and delivering talent pipelines for technology business groups

  • Strong assessment capabilities, including evaluating technical qualifications, cultural alignment, and long-term potential, and advising hiring managers on selection decisions.

  • Data-driven mindset with experience using recruiting metrics to inform strategy and drive continuous improvement.

Required Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred.

  • 3+ years of experience recruiting technical roles in a fast-paced corporate environment or agency setting with transferable skills.

  • Strong working knowledge of applicant tracking systems; Workday experience strongly preferred.

Pay Range – This role's pay range is $50/hour. The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that Curriculum Associates considers in making compensation decisions based on our Compensation Philosophy. Actual base pay within that range will vary based upon several factors including, but not limited to, prior experience and relevant skill sets. At Curriculum Associates, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances for each case. The Company recognizes that minimum wage varies by location and will ensure all compensation decisions comply with applicable state and local laws.

Benefits - Temporary and per diem employees who average, and maintain, at least 30 hours of work per week may become eligible for medical coverage, under the Affordable Care Act, after an initial waiting period. Temporary and per-diem employees working more than 20 hours per week are eligible for twelve paid holidays. All temporary and per-diem employees are eligible for accrued sick time.
