Position Summary

The Digital Marketer Apprenticeship is an entry-level position geared toward building a career in Digital Marketing. As an apprentice, you will spend four days per week in on-the-job training, and one day per week completing OpenClassrooms’ online Digital Marketer training path - all while earning an income! At the completion of your apprenticeship you will receive a U.S. Department of Labor Certificate of Completion of Registered Apprenticeship Program.

Apprentice Responsibilities:

  • Implement advertising or marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with others to develop or implement marketing strategies.
  • Design websites or web applications.
  • Analyze website or related online data to track trends or usage.
  • Coordinate project activities with other personnel or departments.
  • Develop performance metrics or standards related to information technology.
  • Analyze market or customer-related data.
  • Evaluate the utility of software or hardware technologies.
  • Recommend changes to improve computer or information systems.
  • Provide customer service to clients or users.
  • Maintain the inventory of equipment.
  • Update knowledge about emerging industry or technology trends.
  • Coordinate resource procurement activities.
  • Write computer programming code.
  • Design computer modeling or simulation programs.
  • Develop specifications or procedures for website development or maintenance.
  • Collaborate with others to determine design specifications or details.
  • Prepare graphics or other visual representations of information.
  • Develop computer or information security policies or procedures.
  • Develop guidelines for system implementation.

Qualifications:

  • Able to work {{on-site within the employer's Location, remote, or hybrid}}
  • At least 18 years of age
  • U.S. citizen or have the right to work in the U.S.
  • Available to commit to a 2000-hour competency-based apprenticeship program (approximately 12 months)
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (for non-native speakers a TOEFL score of 80 is recommended)
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Technical knowledge:
  • Fundamentals of computer literacy (high-school level)
  • Basic experience in digital marketing, including knowledge in:
  • Benchmark analysis
  • Market research
  • Online survey tools and SEO
  • Landing page and email design tools
