推动培生教育集团英语语言学习事业部旗下职业教育领域业务增长,重点聚焦全国渠道的拓展以及区域营收。此外,您将与NBD负责人一起管理区域关键客户,包含但不限于:各类企业客户,高校与职业院校,机构与代理等。在保证营收的同时维持与深入与客户的关系。
主要职责:
1 深入教育行业,洞察区域市场特性,根据公司战略及业务发展目标,制定有效的渠道拓展方案,完成客户及项目的开发、谈判、签约和跟踪等工作确保业务增长;
2 制定个人销售计划,开发和挖掘新客户,客户拜访,行业展会,营销活动等形式实现营收突破;
3 负责与区域内合作伙伴(包括但不限于:企业,高校,职业院校,各类教育机构,经销商代理商及进口商等)建立并维护紧密合作关系;作为ELL代表参加行业活动及会议;
职位要求:
本科及以上学历;
6年以上销售或者BD相关工作经验,有海外教育行业工作经验,to B销售或大客户管理工作经验为佳;
6年以上职业教育及成人英语等相关经验,熟悉职业教育产品及商业模式。
6年以上大客户管理及BD经验,围绕高校, 职业院校,及商务客户市场。
拥有解决方案的销售经验及产品经理相关工作经验为佳
拥有跨部门协调及资源整合能力
拥有独立的项目管理经验,且有一定的服务意识。
能适应出差工作
较强的人际交往和沟通能力(书面和口头),并有能力在各种利益相关者群体中发展和管理专业关系
有较强的组织能力,能够在截止日期前管理和优先处理多项任务
进取精神,积极主动,能在压力和有限资源下取得成果
目标优先,有足够的风险意识;高度上进心和良好的团队合作精神
