We have an exciting new opportunity for a B2B Sales and Partnerships Manager to join us and drive our ambitious growth plans for our Pointcode program. You will work closely with the marketing, quality, and operations departments of the Pointcode team and the Pearson VUE group.

Pointcode is Pearson VUE's brand in France for administering theory tests for the Highway Code throughout mainland France and its overseas regions, following the outsourcing of the service by the Ministry of the Interior. We have a strong network of 100 partner test centre. Our team is based in Paris and Manchester.

You will be responsible for the recruitment and management of Pointcode B2B partners in France, to develop the number of Pointcode examination centres and maintain national coverage in accordance with the terms of the license granted to Pearson VUE by the government. Proactive and passionate, able to develop relationships with our existing B2B partners while creating new opportunities with new B2B partners.

You will devise and manage intelligent partnerships of all kinds, with the aim of promoting network growth and brand awareness. You will define the strategy to be implemented with each type of partner, clearly identifying the objective of each partnership, and defining the right approach to achieve our goals.

This is an important role that requires a keen commercial mind, as well as good technical ability to follow up on the operational implementation of partners. Building and developing strong business relationships is key to your success in this role.

Your main responsibilities Create new B2B partnerships:

  • Maintain competitive intelligence to understand the market landscape, identify potential partners and adjust partnership strategies accordingly. - Prospect for B2B partners to cover priority development areas.

  • Design and develop communication and prospecting materials specific to strategic partnerships, in collaboration with the marketing department. - Develop customized commercial offers according to the type of partnership.

  • Setting up new corporate partners

  • Provide full assistance in opening new test centres for our B2B partners

  • Represent the company at industry and networking events to develop partnership opportunities and increase brand visibility.

Managing corporate partnerships:

  • Manage relations and commercial follow-up with B2B partners

  • Regularly analyse B2B partner performance data to identify trends, opportunities and areas for improvement - Organize performance reviews with our B2B partners

  • Promote your network through frequent visits to partner sales outlets.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to develop training tools and resources for partners to optimize their training processes and management. - Gather feedback from partners to share best sales practices within the network and make further improvements to the Pointcode solution.

Our ideal candidate:

  • At least 2 years' experience in B2B sales, account management, partner relations or franchise development in a dynamic, fast-growing company.

  • A results-oriented mentality, with the ability to set and achieve ambitious targets while ensuring a high level of quality.

  • The ability to find and convert deals quickly and tenaciously.

  • Effective negotiation and listening skills to negotiate and maintain successful business results.

  • The ability to understand customers' specific needs and adapt solutions accordingly, while maintaining a high level of customer service.

  • A passion for innovation and the search for new growth opportunities, with the ability to think creatively to develop innovative partnership initiatives.

  • A proven ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment, with sensitivity to cultural differences and the ability to adapt one's approach accordingly.

  • A perfect command of French with exceptional communication skills (telephone and face-to-face).

  • Professional English required for weekly exchanges with Group employees in England.

  • Enthusiasm, energetic team spirit and the ability to work independently.

  • Rigorous and organized, you manage your time and your actions according to the constraints of the field. Your presence in the field is essential!

  • This position requires mobility and regular travel.
