Job Description:

As Product & Campaign Marketing Specialist , you will create B2B / Educator campaigns for a select Higher Education portfolio of market-leading products. As part of a cross-functional team, you will work collaboratively with product development, US and Global product marketing, digital marketing and sales towards a common goal. This is an exciting opportunity for a goal driven individual to have a meaningful impact on teaching and learning outcomes across higher education in Canada.

In this role, you will:

  • Create compelling marketing content for educators to discover, try and adopt Pearson courseware, with a focus on SEO and customer engagement.

  • Manage product marketing campaigns, collaborating with our internal creative team to effectively budget, prospect, develop and distribute assets across digital channels to drive strong return on investment and efficient CAC.

  • Manage a diverse portfolio of products and craft a clear, compelling message that communicates value to customers.

  • Balance a wide variety of tasks, inclusive of community building, events management, customer-facing activity in addition to core marketing functions.

  • Be a key part of market leading team and culture dedicated to health, wellness, work/life balance and diversity, equity and inclusion.

About you:

  • University or College degree in Business or Marketing or equivalent experience.

  • You are a purpose driven individual who is passionate about the power of learning.

  • You have experience in performance, product, content or digital marketing; alternatively in Higher Education sales.

  • You are familiar with inbound and outbound marketing tactics as well as MarTec tools commonly used to execute consumer marketing strategies

  • You are comfortable speaking to current and prospective customers in meetings and at events

  • You are a strategic thinker, great communicator and teammate.

  • You are data driven and possess exceptional impact and ROI tracking skills.

  • You are available to travel to meetings, occasionally overnight
