Key Responsibilities:

• Commercial Analysis: Conduct in-depth financial analysis to support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning. Monitor and report on financial performance against targets.

• Market Research: Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to uncover growth opportunities and areas for improvement.

• Data Management: Gather, manage, and interpret data from various sources to create comprehensive reports and dashboards for senior leadership.

• Strategic Planning: Collaborate on the development and implementation of commercial strategies to optimize revenue streams and enhance market positioning.

• Performance Monitoring: Evaluate the performance of vocational programs and recommend improvements to boost efficiency and effectiveness.

• Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage with internal and external stakeholders to understand market needs and drive growth initiatives.

• Risk Management: Identify financial risks and develop strategies to mitigate them, safeguarding organizational health.

About You:

We are looking for a results-driven professional with the following qualifications and experience:

• Educational Background: A degree or Higher National Diploma in business, finance, economics, or a related field.

• Commercial Analysis Expertise: Proven experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting, with a track record of monitoring and reporting on financial performance.

• Market Research Skills: Ability to analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.

• Data Management Proficiency: Skilled in managing and interpreting data to create actionable insights for senior stakeholders.

• Strategic Planning Experience: Background in developing and implementing commercial strategies to optimize revenue and market position.

• Risk Management Acumen: Experience in identifying financial risks and devising effective mitigation strategies.

• International Vocational Education Knowledge: Familiarity with global trends, regulatory environments, and best practices in vocational education is highly desirable.
