The Role:
As an International Commercial Analyst, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our financial performance and strategic direction. Using your expertise in financial analysis, market research, and data management, you will ensure the commercial viability of our vocational programs and maintain our competitive edge in the industry.

Key Responsibilities:
Commercial Analysis: Conduct in-depth financial analysis to support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning. Monitor and report on financial performance against targets.
Market Research: Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to uncover growth opportunities and areas for improvement.
Data Management: Gather, manage, and interpret data from various sources to create comprehensive reports and dashboards for senior leadership.
Strategic Planning: Collaborate on the development and implementation of commercial strategies to optimize revenue streams and enhance market positioning.
Performance Monitoring: Evaluate the performance of vocational programs and recommend improvements to boost efficiency and effectiveness.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage with internal and external stakeholders to understand market needs and drive growth initiatives.
Risk Management: Identify financial risks and develop strategies to mitigate them, safeguarding organizational health.
About You:
We are looking for a results-driven professional with the following qualifications and experience:
Educational Background: A degree or Higher National Diploma in business, finance, economics, or a related field.
Commercial Analysis Expertise: Proven experience in financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting, with a track record of monitoring and reporting on financial performance.
Market Research Skills: Ability to analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
Data Management Proficiency: Skilled in managing and interpreting data to create actionable insights for senior stakeholders.
Strategic Planning Experience: Background in developing and implementing commercial strategies to optimize revenue and market position.
Risk Management Acumen: Experience in identifying financial risks and devising effective mitigation strategies.
International Vocational Education Knowledge: Familiarity with global trends, regulatory environments, and best practices in vocational education is highly desirable.
