Experienced administrative role working with limited supervision, having atleast 3 years of work experience, and using existing procedures to solve standard problems.
Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting standards, and royalty calculations.
Expertise
Verify royalty statements reported by third party Subrights customers and assists in calculation of royalties for accuracy and compliance with contractual terms.
Manage the reconciliation of royalty accounts, investigating and resolving discrepancies in a timely manner.
Assists in preparing periodic reports on royalty payment matching, statement trends, and financial performance for internal stakeholders and external partners. Generate ad-hoc reports as requested to facilitate decision making.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Legal, GRL, AR and Finance, to ensure comprehensive understanding of contractual obligations and reporting requirements.
Ensures compliance with contractual agreements, sanctions, and industry regulations governing royalty payments reported by Subrights customers. Stay informed about changes in regulations and implement internal audit best measures as necessary.
Develop and implement improvements to existing processes and systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy in royalty calculations and reporting.
