Purpose of the Role:

The Inbound Marketing Specialist will play a pivotal role in driving lead generation, nurturing prospects, and enhancing brand visibility for a leading B2B digital solutions and educational content company. Serving the Latin America region, this role involves developing and executing inbound marketing strategies tailored to the needs of educational institutions.

You will be responsible for executing actions to achieve three strategic objectives: Brand Positioning , New Business Acquisition , and Client Retention .

  • For Brand Positioning Develop and execute inbound marketing campaigns aligned with the company’s goals for lead generation and brand awareness in the Latin American market.

  • For New Business Acquisition Implement lead nurturing campaigns to move prospects through the sales funnel, leveraging email marketing, segmentation, and automation tools.

  • For Customer Loyalty You will create content to keep users of our solutions engaged and promote their continued use.

This role will require strategic collaboration, budget management, be customer centered, and a focus on measurable outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Strategies: Develop content strategies to achieve the goals of the 2025 strategy.

  • Conversion Campaign Design: Manage campaigns across various conversion funnels, including all necessary elements such as landing pages, forms, CTAs, emails, and more.

  • Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with the Social Media, Paid Media, Sales Enablement, and Content teams to assess the performance of organic initiatives.

  • Buyer Persona Development: Design and conduct surveys to update digital buyer personas, complemented by market research for validation.

  • Performance Analysis: Analyze actions and generate reports for coordination and marketing teams.

  • Performance Tracking: Oversee the execution of regional strategies by analyzing key metrics and managing the budget effectively.

  • Digital tools: Utilize digital tools to automate processes and content management.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication & Media, Journalism, Business Administration, or related fields.

  • 2–3 years of professional experience developing B2B digital marketing strategies for multinational companies

  • Training: Marketing certifications: HubSpot (non-negotiable), Google Analytics (non-negotiable), SEMrush (desirable).

  • Languages: English (A2-B1)

  • Strong oral and written communication skills: You are capable of assertive communication, and your spelling is impeccable.

  • Curious and creative.

  • Problem-solving and emotional intelligence: You always seek solutions to problems without letting your emotions influence your decisions. You are not afraid to ask for help or admit your mistakes.

Previous Experience:

  • Proven experience working with multicultural and multidisciplinary teams in multinational corporations or large organizations.

  • Proficiency in CRMs such as Salesforce and HubSpot.

  • Proven experience developing 360º digital marketing strategies.
