Position: Sales and Onboarding Specialist

We’re looking for a Sales and Onboarding Specialist to engage inbound leads, guide them through our solutions, and ensure a smooth transition into long-term clients.
What You'll Do:
- Engage with warm, inbound leads—individuals already interested in our products.
- Conduct discovery calls via Zoom to understand client needs and demonstrate how our science-backed assessments address real business challenges.
- Help create extraordinary experiences for our partners and customers by delivering personalized, value-driven support throughout the sales and onboarding process.
- Close new business and ensure a seamless onboarding experience that fosters long-term relationships.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, finance, and partner support teams to ensure smooth handoffs before and after the sale.
- Work with marketing to strengthen lead nurturing efforts and grow referral opportunities.
- Monitor sales workflows and recommend process improvements to boost efficiency and scalability.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales goals while maintaining a strong focus on integrity, service, and value.
- Generate regular reports on sales performance, pipeline status, and key team metrics.
- Troubleshoot issues related to tools, data, or processes, and provide timely solutions to support sales operations.
Skills & Experience:
- 2+ years of inside sales, consultative sales, or customer onboarding experience (B2B, SaaS, or HR tech a plus).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proven ability to build relationships and influence decision-makers.
- High level of organization and time management; able to manage multiple priorities and follow up effectively.
- Comfortable using CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and video conferencing tools.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new tools quickly.
- A collaborative mindset with a willingness to take initiative and seek feedback.
- Bonus: Familiarity with assessments like DISC, coaching methodologies, or professional training environments.
Compensation:
- Base Salary Range: $60,000–$70,000 annually
