About the Role

The role involves collaborating with fellow engineers to design and build high-performance, scalable backend services while implementing best practices in software architecture, testing, and observability to enhance system reliability.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with fellow engineers to design and build high‑performance, scalable backend services.
• Implement software architecture, testing, and observability best practices to enhance system reliability.
• Write high‑quality, well‑documented code and provide constructive feedback to maintain coding standards.
• Own the full software development lifecycle, from design and development to deployment and production support.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends to proactively improve system performance and scalability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields; 1–5 years of software development experience, with a strong focus on backend systems.

Required Skills

• Proficiency in Golang or Python, with solid understanding of common data structures and algorithms.
• Deep expertise in MySQL and Redis for efficient data storage and retrieval.
• Familiar with Go ecosystems including frameworks such as Gin and GORM; hands‑on experience with observability tools for monitoring and performance optimization.
• Quality‑driven mindset with a proven track record of writing clean, maintainable, and well‑tested code.
• Strong communication and learning abilities; quick understanding and adaptability; fluent in Mandarin.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with task scheduling systems or model performance optimization, deep understanding of ComfyUI internals.
